- Answer Mine is side vented which allows me to push my washer further back because the actual vent in the wall is not behind it. It is only available with electric dryers and requires you to buy the side venting kit.

- Answer Not sure about the decibel level but this unit is very quiet. We have a bedroom on the other side of the wall where this unit is installed and you cannot hear it during operation.

QuestionThis comes as ONE PIECE, to go in a space 46" deep, 37" wide, and 94" in height, with a16 1/2" doorframe header (& 6' opening). So will the room dimensions be adequate if unit is tilted in beyond the header into the opening and set upright?
