Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is vented and officially requires a vent to the outdoors. I'd say for electric dryer version of this unit you could get away with venting into one of the ventless boxes with a water reservoir if you really can't install a vent. You will get extra humidity indoors when it's running, but I had a dryer vented that way for years and it was fine.
