Both. The washer has an attached 120v. Like most other dryers, you will need to provide and attach your own 240v cord.

The laundry center units only require one grounded 240V outlet, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes. The circuit must be fused on both sides of the line. ^Daphane

Washer and Dryer have separate cords. Dryer cord is the 240v and the washer cord is the 120v (standard outlet)
