• Washtower WKE100HWA has a Steam feature for the washer. It features Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that can select optimal wash & dry motions and settings. Washer can auto-select a compatible drying cycle. ^Daphane

• Yes everything is digital on the control panel but washer and dryer will work together or separately. all controls are midway between stackables.

• Yes, the model washtower I purchased (WKE100HWA) has steam in the washer {Allergiene Wash Cycle) and built in intelligence. Somehow though when I purchased the install kit from the BestBuy website it included a stainless steel braided hot water line intended for another model that has the "Turbosteam dryer cycle" which was a $26.99 part that I don't need. How do I get a refund?
