A:AnswerWe just figured out that Best Buy hooked up the hoses wrong. The hot water is tied to the cold-water outlet and the cold water is hooked up to the hot water outlet. So, we have been washing our clothing in hot water! I read somewhere that doing this can lead to more wrinkling. We are in the process of switching the hoses.
A:AnswerYes. The speed wash cycle quickly washes lightly soiled clothing and small loads. It has the following temperature options: Very Warm, Warm, Cool, Cold.
A:AnswerSince these do not seperate, I would imagine the first option will be to repair the inoperable part. The short answer is they would both need to be replaced if one could not be repaired.
A:AnswerI have a both an electrical dryer and gas dryer version of this washtower and both require venting to the outside.
(I think this product is great!)
A:AnswerNo, the LG WashTower does not have portable apartment hookups, but you can look into a compact LG All-in-One Washer and Dryer, https://www.lg.com/us/business/washer-dryer-combos/lg-wm3555hva#, or a portable washer/dryer combo that will allow you to do your laundry with just an electrical outlet and access to cold water. ~Rita
A:AnswerHello there! Thank you for your question about the WKEX200HBA. For front-load washers, it's generally recommended to use about 2 tablespoons of high-efficiency (HE) detergent for regular loads. If you're dealing with heavily soiled items or larger loads, you may increase it to 3 tablespoons. Always refer to your detergent's packaging for specific instructions, and remember to avoid overloading the washer for optimal cleaning performance.
