“Can the units be separated during delivery? Would this be included in installation? I have a tight door way to the basement and it would not fit with both washer and dryer attached.”

The LG Washer dryer tower was delivered by Best Buy Installers and they separated the tower, carried each piece up 27 stairs, and reassembled the tower upstairs to fit into the closet. The first two Best Buy Delivery teams refused. 3rd time was a charm.
