• I find that a musty odor occurs with all washers, but what I do is I leave the washer door open through the dry cycle and find it is ok at that point to close the washer door.

• After you finish using the washer, leave the door open overnight to allow air to circulate and dry the drum. This helps prevent odors. ^Daphane
