QuestionI can't seem to get my cycle functions to work. It says to press them for three seconds... when? I have to power on then start the load, then stop it before I can change the cycle functions. I know I am doing this wrong but can't figure it out.

QuestionI have purchased 2 front loaders in the past and both get mold in and around the rubber of door and it smells. Wipe dry door and rubber around after each use but still doesn’t stop. Has LG taken care of this problem?? Thanks

QuestionCan the drain hose on the WM3400cw be extended? One on there is too short to reach the standpipe.
