“Has anyone had problems with the washer door seal molding?”

• I have had front loader washer for a long time and didn't experience any seal molding issue. If anyone is experiencing mold issue, that means they are not drying off the seal and leaving the door open. With front loading washing machines, it's important to dry off the seal after each washing cycle and leave the door open. If you don't dry it off and close the door then there will be a mold issue. Simple is that.

• I've only had this washer for a few weeks, but no problems with the washer door seal molding. Do you wipe down the door seal after your wash cycle is done? I made that a habit with my old LG washer (am doing the same with this model) and never had any issues. Hope this helps.
