There is a drain pump filter that will need to be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging with foreign objects. I do not know about the vibration. It is recommended that to minimize noise and vibration, install the washer on a level, solidly constructed floor capable of supporting the appliance without

The machine does vibrate, but we hardly notice it. Minimal I'd say. There is not a filter in the wash, just the dryer that says clean after each cycle. However, there are rims that are easy to clean out when needed in my opinion.

Yes it vibrates but I bought "feet" for it on Ebay that solved the problem
