There shouldn't be any green line. I bought two and don't have the problem you described. Unless you have some other device like Blu-ray/DVD player, TV box...etc with strong magnetic field leaking placed directly underneath your TV, you might have interference. Otherwise, you have a defected TV. Return or exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like you may have a defect with your TV. I do not have a green line at the bottom of my set. I would recommend you return the unit if you are still within your window, or check for warranty support if you are outside it.
