“Why cant I connect to the internet? I called customer support and we unplugged the router but were unable to connect still. The rep said I must have slow internet or its the tv. I have Verizon fios so its not the internet. Any tips?”

Should be easy. Must go to network in settings and choose wired or wireless. If wired should connect automatically. If wireless network, choose Wi-fi, in list find your router ssid, your network name, then put in network login password. If you're too far from wireless router by a wireless extender at Bestbuy or Staples.
