“I just set up my new LG 43UK6090PUA, with DirectTV and I also have Firestick, but can't figure what Im doing wrong. I set up the Firestick with my wifi- but how do I go between Direct TV and the Firestick? Can't figure out how to toggle between the 2!”

If you have them plugged into two separate HDMI ports, all you have to do is change your "source" (the plug button on your remote) to the other active HDMI.
