It should work as the TV has 4 HDMI ports but if your Apple TV is ten years old (likely the gen 3), then it'll only output 1080. Consider upgrading to an Apple TV 4K (I use it for this TV) to fully take advantage of the TV's capabilities.

This TV is designed to support a wide range of devices via HDMI, including older Apple TV models with HDMI ports. However, compatibility may depend on the specific HDMI version and resolution/output settings of your Apple TV. If you encounter any issues, adjusting the resolution settings on your Apple TV or using a compatible HDMI cable should help resolve them. For further assistance or troubleshooting, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. We’ll be happy to help! —Avril
