“What other remote controls can I use with this TV? It came with a "Magic" remote that is nearly impossible to use. The cursor bounces around and pushing the Select button moves it away from desired position. Anyone with arthritis will have trouble.”

Please try again later.We do not have another remote other than the LG Magic Remote, Model # MR24GN that comes with the LG 48" Class B4 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024), Model # OLED48B4PUA. You could try a universal remote, but it will not give you the same functionality as the magic remote does. Try waving the cursor from side-to-side to see if that keeps the cursor from bouncing around. The magic remote is a Bluetooth device so you may have something in close proximity that is interfering with the remote causing the cursor to bounce around or you may be too far away from the TV...^Ivan.
