QuestionCan someone tell why l cannot have a clear picture with this tv using it with my xfinity cable? Is there something that l need to do? Thanks.

- Answer You may need to change your HDMI cable to get a better picture. The ones from XFinity are the cheap basic cables and not really that suitable for the bandwidth you need for the clean signal to the TV. Also, check that your picture option is not set to zoom but the setting for the original picture type. Zoom makes things distorted if they are not at least 1080p, which most channels are not yet.

- Answer Yes, also higher price LG 4KTV can handle both HDR10 and Dolby Vison.

- Answer I don't know if this tv has the same LG software from about 6 months ago, but my TV absolutely DOES NOT play any apps. It drops wifi, but will state I have full range and youtube will not even open. Updated the software and still nothing. Go with a Samsung TV

- Answer It is to a point. I could not get the VIZIO sound bar to turn on with the TV set but found by accident that a once up volume, once down volume turns on the sound bar once the TV is on. I have it hooked up with the optical sound cable.
