• If the stand attached via the vesa mounting holes then I don't see why not.

• Hi Kev. Regrettably, the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49UJ6300 only accommodates the stand legs that come supplied with the TV and there is no way to attach a universal center mount stand...^IFV
