“Every time I turn on my tv I have to re-enter my Wi-Fi password. When I asked best buy about it they said do a factory reset. I did that but am still having to enter it every time. Has anyone else had this issue?”

• Sounds like a router problem, try rebooting it , If that doesn't work call your internet provider or LG at 1-800-243-0000.
