Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The LG 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player, Model # UBK80 can only play DVDs, Blu-ray DVDs or 4K UHD Blu-ray DVDs in landscape mode. It cannot play them in portrait mode. You also stated that all your other discs play correctly and that the home movie you recorded plays in portrait mode. If all your other discs are playing correctly and the only disc that is not playing with the right orientation is the one you recorded, the only assumption that can be made is that something in the recording process for the disc that you made makes it play in portrait mode in other devices other than your computer. Your computer may have an auto program that auto corrects the disc to play in landscape mode. You may need to edit the disc for landscape mode...^IFV
