Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When a disk is inserted into the drive, the first task of the system is to determine what format the disk has. From audio, DVD, Blu-Ray, etc, the system then configures itself to attempt to read that format and present it to the proper output. If no supported formats are found, the disk is ejected with an error like you are seeing. My suggestion is to try another disk type. Instead of DVD video disk, try an audio disk. If you continue to get an error, return the player to Best Buy and they can test it for you or replace it. I own the same model you have and it works perfectly. Best Buy has great customer service so you should have no problem getting your player fixed
