If your TV provides display information (EDID), when it is connected to the HDMI Out on the LG 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player, Model # UBK80, the UBK80 will automatically select the resolution best suited for your connected TV when the settings for resolution are set to Auto. You can select the output resolution to match the resolution that your TV supports (i.e. 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p or 2160p). When the resolution is set to 1080p or 2160p, select [24 Hz] for smooth presentation of film material (1080p or 2160p/24 Hz) with an HDMI-equipped display compatible with 1080p or 2160p/24 Hz input. When you select [24 Hz], you may experience some picture disturbance when the video switches video and film material. In this case, select [60 Hz]...^IFV
