“I bought this 4k dvd player a few months ago and now finally bought a couple of 4k dvds . It didn't play the dvd and it says on the box 4k ultra hd as described in another question above. Any suggestions before I trash it and buy another brand?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have never had a problem with 4K DVD’s. The machine works fine with every disc we have. Sounds like you may have just got a bad machine. Can you still return or exchange it? Or fix it under the warranty?
