Is this a true region freed blu ray & dvd player? null

The LG 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player, Model # UBK80 is not a region free player. However, when it comes to 4K discs, for some reason, manufacturers have decided not to code 4K discs by region so if you have a 4K movie title, it will play in the UBK80 regardless of what country the disc comes from...^IFV
