Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your disc, it may be scratched to the point that the player can't read it. Be sure you're not pressing the Open/Close button repeatedly. Check your HDMI cable to ensure it's a high speed cable for newer content. Older HDMIs can't do 4k. Then, check to ensure the TV is on the correct HDMI input.
