Is this player hdcp 2.2 compatible? null

In order for any device to pass a 4K Video signal, it has to be HDCP 2.2 compliant otherwise if any one single device in your video signal path is not HDCP 2.2 compliant, the signal will not pass through. The HDMI ports on the LG 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player, Model # UBK80 are HDCP 2.2 compliant. ^CP

I believe so. Might ask LG Support that one too.
