Please try again later.Two things to consider one is the quality of your HDMI cable I had this issue and I was using just a low-grade HDMI cable and switch to a heavy duty could handle CAT5 transmission etc. and it cleaned mine right up including picture and sound the other thing to consider is a lot of your audio settings are in your TV when you connect a HDMI device you have to tell it what speakers are being used to play that device if it is set to something other than TV then that may be a problem
