“is there a charge to remove the old machine and a charge to hook up the new hoses?”

• They charge $15 per machine to remove. If you order all their hookup kits with the washer and dryer they do not charge to come out and install. I ordered the warranty that comes with the Geek Squad so I am not sure if that is required to get the delivery.

• Hi there, There is a $15 fee to haul away an old washer/dryer. Delivery as of April, 2017, is free on appliances that are $399 and up. This includes delivery and hook up by Best Buy's certified technicians.

• There was no installation charge for me if you buy the new hoses from Best Buy. They are suppose to charge you $15 to haul away the old machine, but my delivery guys just took it without asking.
