“What might be causing a clicking sound (like a button or snap tapping sound on the front window) during the wash cycle? It is definitely NOT something hitting the window. It is getting more frequent in the last few loads. Just purchased in April 2024.”

Hey Kit, we'd be happy to clarify this one for you! The clicking or snapping sound you're experiencing occurs when the drum rotates at high speed during spinning, water drops onto the surface of the inner drum, and water drops from hitting the laundry hit the outer drum. You can consider this a normal noise generated when the machine operates, not a sound caused by a defect.
