I had the same problem. Go to Samsung website. There was a recall on certain washers for this problem. Service came out and added some stabilizers to the drum and recommended washing heavy items like bedding on delicate. Also, mine has a lot of rust damage and they couldn’t help with that. In retrospect I would have taken the $150 option and bought a new washer. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This machine begins by evaluating the load and distribution. It then slowly revolves to disperse the items more evenly. I sometimes make adjustments and move some items, but it is rarely necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thanks for the quick reply. Samsung says it's VRT should keep the one I have balanced but it doesn't. I even spent $139 for someone from Sears to come in and look at it. The guy said he was unable to figure it out. Our home was built in 1973 and the washer is in the basement with a drain about 5 feet from the machine where it slopes down about 2 inches to the drain. I have used pieces of wood to attempt to level the thing and it seems it is. There is no flat surface on the top of the machine for me to use a level to absolutely know if it is actually level. Is the lid of this LG totally flat and are there four adjustable legs on it. Our Samsung only uses two front legs with none on the back. I hate to spend another $800 to find out it's no better than what we have.
