Is there a way to pre-soak clothes with oxi powder before starting a cycle? I like to let the powder dissolve in the water before adding my clothes but that doesn't seen to be an option here... null

There is a 30 minute presoak. I have yet to use it. Could be for what you're needing

I haven't used it yet, but there is a presoak cycle on the machine.

There is a Soak option. You can presoak prior to the start of the selected cycle. At the end of the presoak, the selected cycle will begin with the same water used for soaking. Another option is to Delay Wash. The wash can be delayed 1-19 hours. I'm not sure that either option would allow the tub to fill to allow the oxi powder to dissolve.
