Why is this washer not agitate the clothes hardly at all? When I put it on heavy duty and turned on a full load it barely even move the clothes around why is this happening? Is this even proper functioning or is there something screwed up null

Check your soap I use only tide and it works good! Laundry mats don’t have the agitation either and they work.
