That is standard with High-Efficiency washers. HE Detergents produce fewer suds, dissolve more efficiently to improve washing and rinsing performance, and help to keep the interior of the washer clean. Using a detergent that is not HE may cause oversudsing and unsatisfactory performance which could result in error codes, cycle failure, and washer damage. • would better results with HE detergent, be to add more products? Thanks Laura PS: I have had a high performance, front loader washer for 15 years, using HE detergent and Tide Pods w/oxy. it's starting to tire out, now I'm looking for the same type of machine. Thanks. L
