“No heater element? Why and how it does perform without it? How can it run a sanitation or steam cycle without built in heater element? Lg other front load washers have heater elements and this one does not, why?”

Well it is designed for have the hot water attached and that could be one reason how the steam cycle ans sanitation works. I am not a technical therfore it's just my opinion.
