From anyone’s experience; is LG better than Samsung in regards to Post purchase support? This is a huge investment/purchase and don’t want to regret because of poor (or none) manufacturer post support. Do they stand behind their products! null

They are both excellent in appliances support. But in Cellular phones the Samsung are the best by a long shot.

Best Buy sells quality products and are very helpfull.
LG appliances are excellent, probably the best right now, but their LG cellular phones are not good, worst experience I ever had,
LG cellphones gave me a lot of problems and their customer services are not much help.
Samsung makes the best android cell phones in the market, much better than Apple I phones any time, and all other brands.also..
