Installation is included in the price. Hauling away the old washer was $15, totally worth the price. And I learned an awesome trick from the installer. The easiest way to slide the old washer across a tile floor is to spray Windex on the floor first. It glided across the floor like it was on ice.

And yes they will haul away old for 14.99. When I bought my lg washer, they were giving a free google home device (99-129 value)
