We don't have any issues with it filling the tub as much as it needs to for each load, haven't had any problems with there being enough water to wash clothes thoroughly.

The LG WT7405CW top-load washer should not give you problems with adding enough water per load, as it is designed to automatically adjust the water level based on the weight of the laundry.
