“We just got this washer 2 days ago and we have used it 3 or 4 times. It has this very loud high pitch/frequency sound when the washer is spinning or washing. Just whenever the drum is moving. Is this normal or is something wrong with it?”

Mine makes the same high frequency noise. Just received mine today and notice it with my first wash.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree with first response, ours is quiet. Your issue is most likely a noisy inverter; solid state switching circuit that drives the motor. We love our washer so far, amazing machine.
