“Anyone having any issues with this washer not wanting to turn on regularly? I find that I have to unplug it and wait, sometimes even between loads. Other things work on the outlet with not issue, so not an outlet problem. Can I call BB or do I need LG?”

We regret to read about the issues that you experiencing with the LG 5.5 cu.ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7800CW not turning on regulalrly and you having to unlup it then plug it back in to get it to turn on and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Check to see if the Start/Pause button looks out of place. The Control Panel may need to be replaced or it may be a display board issue or that the main board needs replacement if the power relay is stuck. The unit will have to be inspected by a technician to determine what the issue is.
