• The LG 50” Class UA77 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 50UA7700PUB, may be incompatible with your Dish cable remote, which is why it cannot adjust the volume on the TV. What type of remote is your Dish cable remote? You may want to contact the Dish Cable provider to ask if the remote you have can be used to control the volume functions on LG TVs. They should have a list of which TV Brands their remotes can control, and what functions on a TV they can control...^Ivan.
