• The LG 500 Sq. Ft. 115-Volt Portable AC w/ Dehumidifier Function, Model # LP1417GSR has a Timer function that can only be activated from the remote. You cannot program it to turn on/off on a continuous schedule and you can only set it to come on after your desired number of hours while the unit is off or to turn off after your desired number of hours while the unit is on. You can use the ▲/▼buttons to adjust the delay time from o to 24 hours in one-hour increments or decrements. You will find these instructions on page 11 of your owner's manual...^IFV
