You must mean Adobe flash player but if it won't download and install then it must not support it which means some sites you won't be able to stream- I assume u are using the web browser - it's possible you can't stream on tv like the computer on some sites

I suspect It's asking you to download a file and put that file on to a flash drive.

The tv browser does not support flash. There is no way to download it due to the system not supporting flash.
