My room is about that size and the 55 gets the job done plus more. It makes my room seem way smaller than it was before. For me at least the 65 would be way too much since the 55 takes up almost half the length of my wall.

Probably not as the 55” has an awesome picture and 65” really isn’t much bigger but that’s just my opinion.
