I just bought this TV and it is fully set up. The included remote does not have a backwards and forwards button. It has a pause button which allows me to pause a TV show, but other remotes I've had also let me forward and "rewind." How with this one?? null

You should be able to just press the ring down on the Magic remote (left to rewind or right to go forward). See image attached

Use the front and back arrows that surrounds your toggle switch in the middle of the remote, press once for 15 second rewind or hold down for additional time.
