10", 7", and two 6". Yes, if you put a pan that is too small for the burner ie, a 6 inch pan on the 10 inch spot, it will play a tune and turn off. Need to have induction cookware to make sure the magnets work. I love this stove, It's nice to boil water in 2 minutes in a large 6 qt pot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1) 11" called ultra heat 1) 8" 2) 6" 1) warmer I wound' t call them burners, more like heat zones. That's what I liked about this LG, don't like the traditional circles, this has lines to show you the heat zones. Yes you do have to have the correct pan on each desired zone, the burner will come on but will warn you the pan is too small and then turn off. I had to purchase new induction SS pans, as long as you have a variety of sizes and use the correct heat zone you will have no problem. Seriously this is the best range I have ever had, even better then a gas range.
