“All the advertising or YouTube videos I see for the LSGL6335F shows the display lit up. That's the number pad, the start button, all the function buttons across the bottom.They are all highlighted but mine aren't. LG says never mind their fake ad displays”

• Not a clue what you mean. Our display lights up just fine. And I would bet that LG never gave you that answer.
