This slide-in model is designed to sit flush against the rear wall, provided your gas supply line and electrical outlet are recessed within the designated areas shown in the installation manual. Regarding the vent, we recommend maintaining a minimum clearance of 30 inches between the cooking surface and the bottom of an unprotected wood or metal cabinet, or 24 inches if the bottom of the cabinet is protected by a fire-retardant material.
