“We have this oven and are unable to use the convection oven on lower temperatures. Is this an issue with our oven or by design? The lowest we can go is 275 if we try lower it goes back to 275. Thanks”

275 degrees is the lowest setting available for convection baking. Your range is operating as it is designed to. ^CP
