• A keyboard screen pops up and you have to scroll through the letters (or numbers) and press enter for each one. I have the same sort of thing when doing a search for programs through my DVR. It's a bit tedious but it works.

• When onscreen keyboard is present in WiFi setup; use arrow keys on remote to move right/left/up/down and select button to enter your password. Then choose Done/ Finished.
