You can add the Standalone Haul-Away and Recycling service to your cart when checking out so their team can remove your old TV during the visit. Best Buy's haul-away service does not include unmounting or disconnecting your old TV. You must have the old TV unmounted, unplugged, and ready for the drivers before they arrive.
