Best Buy's Haul-away service is not automatically included with standard delivery and installation of the LG 65" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025) Model # OLED65C5PUA, and must be purchased separately. You can add the Standalone Haul-Away and Recycling service to your cart when checking out so their team can remove your old TV during the visit. Best Buy's haul-away service does not include unmounting or disconnecting your old TV. You must have the old TV unmounted, unplugged, and ready for the drivers before they arrive. They will not haul away TVs that present a health or safety hazard...^Ivan.
