• No, the included wall mount extends from the wall only to mount the tv and then you push it back flush against the wall. The included mount does not swivel or tilt.

• No up and down tilt. It’s meant to mount flat on the wall. It does allow the TV to be pulled away from the wall a few inches for access to connections. I suppose you could use that feature to tilt it a little right or left. But being as OLED TVs look great at most any angle it shouldn’t really require tilting.

• No, the wall mount is flush against the wall. You can use a different mount that is VESA Mount interface pattern 300 x 300 (W x H). ^Daphane
